Description

You will produce batch filming days (scripts prepped, shot lists, teleprompter) and turn each one into 15 to 20 finished assets: direct-response ad variations, VSL cuts, and short-form content, organized in a creative library the media buyer pulls from on demand.

• Batch filming production: one filming day yields 15 to 20 assets
• Direct-response editing: ads, VSL cuts, FAQ and educational video
• The creative library: tagged, versioned, tied to performance results
• 48-hour iteration on winning concepts

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years editing direct-response or social ad creative (Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci)
• An instinct for hooks, pacing, and captions that stop the scroll
• Organized asset management: naming and versioning that scales

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics and thumbnail design
• Performance-data literacy: you read the metrics on your own edits

Pay & Benefits

$1,500 to $3,500 per month depending on volume and experience, at the top of the global market for short-form editors who understand direct response. Start within 30 days.
