Own the operating system of a company scaling past its founders. The classic Integrator seat, at exactly the stage where it changes everything.

Description

You will own the operating cadence of the entire company: the scoreboard, the weekly leadership meeting, the accountability system, and the sequencing of an aggressive hiring plan. This is a hands-on Integrator seat with real authority, reporting directly to the CEO, managing the General Manager and the finance function. The founders will hand you things they have never handed anyone.

• The company operating system: scoreboards, end-of-day accountability, weekly leadership cadence, quarterly priorities
• Cross-functional decisions: vendor consolidation, systems of record, pricing propagation
• Execution of the hiring plan: sequencing, onboarding standards, and 90-day scorecards for every new seat
• The founder calendar: separating what only the founders can do from what must be delegated
• A weekly company scorecard covering delivery health, pipeline, and cash

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years running operations for a 7 or 8 figure agency, coaching, or done-for-you service business
• You have installed an operating framework (EOS/Traction or equivalent) from scratch, in someone else's company
• You make hard calls on vendors, tools, and people with imperfect information
• Remote-team leadership across US and offshore contractors

Preferred Qualifications

• You have been the Integrator to a visionary founder before and have the scars to prove it
• Experience preparing a company for institutional capital

Pay & Benefits

$7,500 to $12,000 per month on a fractional engagement of two to three days per week, in line with 2026 US market rates for operators with agency experience. Defined path to full-time COO as the company scales. Immediate start.
