Description

You will own the technology vision: platform architecture, build standards, the AI and automation strategy, and the documentation discipline that makes the system resilient. You lead a team of automation specialists and grow the department as the company scales. The mandate is the same one every department leader here carries: build the best in the space.

• The technology vision and quarterly roadmap, with a seat at the weekly leadership table
• Platform architecture: GHL multi-tenant standards, integrations, tracking and attribution, data and reporting
• The AI and automation strategy: voice AI, workflow orchestration, internal tooling
• Build standards, QA gates, and documentation so no system ever depends on one person
• Hiring and developing the automation specialist team

Minimum Qualifications

• You have led technology for an agency, martech company, or platform-heavy service business
• Deep CRM/automation platform expertise, GoHighLevel strongly preferred
• Hands-on AI and automation experience: voice agents, orchestration, APIs
• A documentation discipline you can show, not describe

Preferred Qualifications

• You have replaced key-person risk with systems before
• Data and attribution depth (pixels, CAPI, Hyros or similar)

Pay & Benefits

Start fractional at $6,000 to $12,000 per month (one to two days per week, at 2026 fractional-CTO market rates) with a path to full-time at $140,000 to $200,000, or full-time immediately for the right leader.
