That experience is a system here, and you will run it.

Own the partner experience end to end: onboarding, cadence, reporting, and the early-warning system that saves accounts before they need saving.

Description

You will be the single point of contact for our partner book: kickoff within 48 hours of signing, weekly check-ins, KPI reporting, monthly performance reviews, and a health score that flags Yellow before it ever turns Red. This is a revenue-retention seat, not a relationship-only seat. You own outcomes.

The complete partner cadence, executed without exception: check-ins, trackers, reports
Onboarding end to end: welcome sequence, asset collection, expectations, milestones
Partner health scoring and proactive escalation with the Delivery PM
Renewal and expansion conversations, backed by the numbers
The voice of the partner inside our delivery machine

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years in client success or account management for an agency, coaching program, or B2B service
Comfort owning retention outcomes and revenue conversations
Data discipline: your trackers are current because you actually use them
A warm, direct style that builds trust with business owners fast

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate industry familiarity
Experience turning around at-risk accounts

Pay & Benefits

$65,000 to $90,000 base with a retention bonus, OTE $75,000 to $105,000. Exceptional international candidates considered at $1,800 to $3,000 per month.
