Description

You will own the inbound lead inbox on a same-day SLA: every submission touched, scored against our ideal partner profile, and routed the day it arrives. Qualified prospects reach closer calendars prepared. Everyone else gets a respectful path that fits where they are.

The inbound inbox, same-day, every day
Qualification against our criteria: team size, revenue stage, fit
Pre-call preparation compliance: prospects complete their materials or get rescheduled
CRM hygiene: every disposition logged, so marketing runs on real conversion data
Daily lead-flow and show-rate reporting

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or inbound lead management for high-ticket offers
CRM fluency (GoHighLevel or similar)
Crisp written and phone communication: friendly, firm on process

Preferred Qualifications

NEPQ familiarity
Real estate market knowledge

Pay & Benefits

$2,000 to $3,500 per month base, plus a share of the closed cash collected on leads you triage into held appointments. All variable comp is tied to cash in the bank, not activity metrics. Immediate start.
