Description

You will contribute your expertise to structured course modules and live mentorship sessions for our partner base of scaling real estate team leaders. Our production team handles scripting, filming structure, and editing so your two hours of expertise become a finished, on-brand module. Marquee contributors with proven audiences can discuss deeper partnership structures.

• Deep-dive expertise sessions our production team turns into course modules
• Live office hours or Q&A sessions with partners on a scheduled cadence
• Review passes on curriculum in your specialty so it stays current and real
• Your name and numbers standing behind the material

Minimum Qualifications

• Verifiable elite production: top-1-percent volume, a 30+ agent team, a brokerage you own and operate, or 1,000+ closed files as a TC or ops leader
• You are still active in the business today, with current numbers you will show
• You can teach: clear, structured, generous with the real mechanics

Preferred Qualifications

• An audience or database of your own
• Experience being coached at a high level: you know what great training feels like
• NEPQ familiarity

Pay & Benefits

Per finished module fees, per live session fees, and monthly retainers for standing office hours, sized to seniority and scope. Revenue-share and deeper partnership structures are available for marquee contributors whose name carries the program. All content is produced with our team and owned by Ascension. This is a paid faculty seat, not an exposure play, and we move quickly for the right operators.
