Description

You will own paid-media performance across our client partner accounts and our own national launch: day-to-day account management, budget pacing, a bi-weekly split-testing cadence, and cost-per-appointment reporting that Finance can build on.

Day-to-day management of all partner Meta accounts: launches, pacing, split tests
Our own VSL funnel launch, with explicit kill and scale rules
Ad-tech integrity with the automation team: pixels, CAPI, attribution
Weekly performance reporting into the client-success cadence
Cost-per-certified-appointment reporting with Finance

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years buying Meta ads for lead-gen offers
A testing discipline: hooks, angles, and audiences on a calendar, not on instinct
Comfort managing 5 to 15 accounts with templatized funnels

Preferred Qualifications

Local lead-gen or real estate experience
Attribution tooling depth (Hyros or similar)

Pay & Benefits

$3,000 to $5,000 per month retainer at 2026 senior-freelancer market rates, plus a performance component as spend scales, converting to a full-time senior seat as launch volume grows. Start within 30 days.
