Description

You will own daily coaching, call QA, and certification standards for a team of 7 to 10 cold-calling ISAs, reporting to the Director of ISA. You run the scorecard, ramp new callers through the training curriculum, and keep the KPI tracker current daily.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years leading outbound calling teams
Genuine coaching ability: you make average callers good and good callers great
Dialer, call-recording, and KPI-dashboard fluency
Excellent English across US calling hours

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate ISA experience
NEPQ or behavioral-methodology familiarity
