Description

You will run speed-to-lead and outbound calling for real estate partners: daily dial sessions, live qualification, and certified appointment booking against a clear scorecard. You will be coached every day and measured honestly.

Daily dial sessions: speed-to-lead inbound plus outbound calling
Live qualification against partner criteria
Certified appointment booking and confirmation
Daily KPI submission: dials, contacts, appointments

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years phone sales, cold calling, or BPO experience
Excellent spoken English and availability across US calling hours
Coachability: your calls get reviewed daily, and you want them reviewed

Preferred Qualifications

Real estate campaign experience
NEPQ exposure

Pay & Benefits

$1,000 to $2,000 per month depending on experience and market, at the top of the global ISA market, plus per-certified-appointment incentives (certified means it passed QC, not just booked) and a defined ladder to Team Lead. Rolling applications.
