Description

You will own both calendars, chase every signature and action item into the project system until it is done, absorb tool and account administration, and prep briefs for investor and partner calls. The right person closes loops without being asked twice.

• Both executives’ calendars, with deep-work blocks defended
• Follow-up execution: signatures, approvals, action items driven to done
• Tool and account administration: setups, access, vendor scheduling
• Meeting prep: briefs for investor, partner, and client calls

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years as an EA or senior VA for executives or founders
• Excellent written English and a warm, professional phone presence
• Google Workspace, ClickUp (or similar), and calendar mastery
• Discretion with sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or sales-organization context

Pay & Benefits

$1,200 to $2,200 per month full-time, at the top of the global executive-assistant market. Start within 30 days.
