Every stage produces data, and right now that data lives in too many tools with no single owner. This seat creates the source of truth the executive team runs the company on.

Every decision in this company is supposed to be made on numbers. Your job is to make sure the numbers exist, agree with each other, and tell the truth.

Description

You will own the company dashboard end to end: acquisition metrics from the ad accounts, appointment and certification rates from the ISA floor, show and close rates from the sales team, cash collected and recurring from finance, and partner health from delivery. One picture, updated continuously, that leadership trusts without checking your math.

• The company scorecard: one dashboard from ad spend to recurring revenue
• Funnel analytics: CPL, certification rate, show rate, close rate, CAC, LTV, payback
• Sales comp calculations: commission, override, and recurring-share statements the team can trust
• Cohort and retention analysis on the partner base
• Data hygiene across GHL, ClickUp, the ad platforms, and finance tools

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years in data or revenue analytics with SQL and spreadsheet mastery
• You have built executive dashboards that leadership actually used (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or equivalent)
• You can walk into messy multi-tool data and produce one number everyone agrees on

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing or sales analytics in a high-ticket or agency environment
• GoHighLevel or CRM reporting experience
• Python or R for deeper analysis

Pay & Benefits

$70,000 to $95,000 for US-based candidates, benchmarked to the 2026 remote data-analyst market, or $3,000 to $4,500 per month for exceptional international candidates. Full-time or senior contractor to start. Immediate start.
