Description

You will keep the books clean and the people paid: accounts receivable, accounts payable, contractor payroll on a strict SLA, and collections that run on process instead of memory. You work under the direction of our fractional CFO.

• Clean monthly books with reconciliations done by the 10th
• Contractor and team payments on a published schedule, zero missed dates
• AR and collections: invoicing, gateways, follow-up cadence
• Vendor payments and expense categorization the CFO can trust

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years bookkeeping for US small businesses
• QuickBooks Online proficiency; comfort with Stripe, PayPal, merchant tools
• Meticulous, deadline-driven, zero-drama

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or contractor-heavy payroll experience

Pay & Benefits

$1,000 to $2,500 per month based on hours and scope, 10 to 20 hours per week. Immediate start.
